Terms of use
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Guildmancy when you use guildmancy.com to build and host Discord bots and set up Discord servers. By creating an account or using Guildmancy you agree to them. They are written to be read; if something is unclear, write to [email protected].
Who runs Guildmancy
You can reach us at [email protected]. Guildmancy is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
Who can use it
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy, for yourself and for the bots you run.
- One person per account. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account.
What Guildmancy does
You describe what you want in a chat; Guildmancy's AI suggests changes to your Discord server and your bots; you review them and decide whether to apply them. Guildmancy hosts your bots so they stay online, and keeps what they remember. Nothing changes in your server or your bot until you press Apply.
Early access
Guildmancy is in early access and free for now. Features may change, appear or go away, and there may be limits on how much you can use, like how many messages you send the Builder each hour. Before we charge for anything, we will tell you the price and you decide whether to continue; nothing is charged without your agreement.
Your bots, your servers, your responsibility
- You may only connect bots you control and change servers you own or administer. Guildmancy checks this with Discord, but you are responsible for having the right to do it.
- Check before you apply. The AI can be wrong. Guildmancy shows every change and a preview first, and saves a backup before changing a server, but you decide what to apply and you are responsible for the result.
- You are responsible for what your bots say and do in your servers, and for the data they keep about your members. For that data you decide what is kept and why; see the Privacy policy.
- You keep the rights to what you create. You let us store and run it so the service works, and nothing more.
What isn't allowed
- Using Guildmancy or your bots for spam, harassment, scams, phishing, hate, or anything illegal, or to break Discord's rules.
- Collecting data about people they wouldn't expect, or using bots to target people.
- Trying to reach other people's accounts, bots, servers or data, getting around Guildmancy's limits and security, or overloading the service or Discord.
- Reselling Guildmancy or giving others access to your account.
If a bot or account breaks these rules or puts others at risk, we may pause the bot or suspend the account, and we tell you why when we can.
Availability and data
We work to keep Guildmancy and your bots online and your data safe, with backups before server changes and the option to undo them. Still, the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of mistakes, and Discord itself can be down or change how it works. Keep your own copy of anything important: you can export your data and your bots' tables at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data caused by using Guildmancy, by changes you applied, or by Discord. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or rights you have as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings; your bots stop running and their data is deleted. We may end the service, or your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we end the service, we tell you in advance so you can export your data.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell you when you sign in or by email before the change applies. If you keep using Guildmancy after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
